StayCrypto is open source, under the GPL license.
You can run it on any number of WooCommerce stores, with no subscription and no per-transaction fee. Use a separate receiving address for each store: the plugin matches payments to orders by amount, so two stores sharing one address can confuse each other.
If you'd like help installing it, integrating it with your setup, or building something custom on top, that's available as a paid consultation, a separate service, not a condition of using the plugin.

Questions merchants actually ask.
Is StayCrypto really free?
Yes. It's open source under the GPL license, with no subscription and no per-payment fee. You can install it on any number of WooCommerce stores, with a separate receiving address for each store.
Who controls the funds?
You do. Payments go directly from the customer's wallet to yours. StayCrypto never takes custody of the money and never holds your private keys.
Is KYC required?
No. There's no identity verification built into the plugin. It just reads the blockchain and updates your WooCommerce order.
Where are private keys stored?
They aren't. You only ever enter public wallet addresses in the plugin settings. Private keys stay in your own wallet, wherever you keep it.
What happens if a customer sends the wrong amount?
The plugin matches the amount to the cent: a payment equal to the invoice amount, or above it by less than one cent, counts as exact. If it is short, even slightly, or further off, the order isn't marked paid automatically. You get a notification, and the order page shows the expected and received amounts with buttons to confirm or reject the payment by hand.
What if a customer pays in a different coin than the invoice asked for?
The plugin looks for the coins that waiting orders asked for, so a transfer in a different coin is normally not seen: it does not pay the order and does not trigger a notification. The money is still in your wallet, so check a block explorer if a customer says they paid and nothing shows up.
How does StayCrypto match a payment to an order?
The receiving wallet address is the same for every order, but each order gets its own payment amount: the order total rounded up to the cent, plus a small unique extra of up to 60 cents (usually around 15). That unique amount is what ties an incoming transaction to a specific order.
What does my hosting need?
Two things. The bcmath PHP extension, which the plugin uses for exact amount math (without it, crypto is not offered at checkout and the admin shows a notice). And a working cron: a background check re-reads pending orders every 2 minutes, and WordPress cron only runs when someone visits the site, so on a quiet store set up a real cron job that opens your-site.com/wp-cron.php every 2 minutes.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Crypto payment is not offered for orders under 1 USD, because the unique extra amount would be a large share of such a small price.
Can I use multiple wallets?
Yes, you set one receiving address per supported network, so you can route each network's payments to a different wallet if you want.
Which networks and coins are supported?
Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Polygon for USDT and USDC; TRON for USDT.
